Yankees 2019 Preview
For the Yankees, 2018 was by most accounts a successful season. They had multiple all-stars, discovered even more young talent, and made the playoffs with 100 wins in the regular season. But as the great George Steinbrenner said, without a world series title, the season is a failure. Those words may be a tad harsh, but never the less the Yankees will look to win it all this year. They have added key pieces such as James Paxton and Troy Tulowitzki. They also resigned starting pitcher Luis Severino, who has been the ace of the Yankees staff, and looks to be for years to come. Slugger Aaron Judge commented that he believes the Yankees can "crush" last reasons home run record. it all seems very promising, and the Yankees hope they can put it all together to win a championship in 2019.
