Arun Pandey,the cricketer-turned-entrepreneur,raring to tread on uncharted path

The Chairman and Managing Director of Rhiti Group, Mr.Arun Pandey is a self-made person, who believes in hard work and efforts rather than luck and favor. Whatever he has achieved till now, is testimony to this fact.But his life was not always the same; today,Mr.Pandey is a successful entrepreneur only because of his vision and zeal.

Arun Pandey was a Ranji player, who played cricket at the domestic level for over a decade. But soon, a young Arun Pandey realized that he won’t be able to represent India as it required a lot more grit.

Not wasting time, he switched to brand selling and joined T-Series. That was just the beginning, because it proved to be a launching pad for Mr.Pandey. With fire in his belly, he realized that he wasn’t going to be satisfied with such modest achievements. He decided to do something significant.

After a few years, Arun Pandey launched a sports management company. It was in the year 2007, when he embarked on a fresh journey with Rhiti Sports. Within no time, it became a reputed name in the sports industry. His venture flourished, and completely turned the tide in his favor.

Rhiti Sports emerged as a leading sports management and marketing company. Today, the company represents a host of professional athletes, both Indian and global, including MS Dhoni, Faf Du Plessis, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and many more.

Mr.Pandey turned a film producer when he made a biopic, based on the life of MS Dhoni in 2016.He believed that the movie can inspire young people in India,as it painted the chronicles of Dhoni’s life through a series of events. The movie became a blockbuster and earned millions across 61 countries.

Hailing from a small town, Arun Pandey knew what hardships aspiring athletes from India’s hinterlands face. Powered by money, he decided to put it into good use. He did his bit to empower young athletes from remote areas, who were super talented, but had no access to reach the right platform.

Mr.Pandey believes that if a poor boy cannot come to sports, then sports must go to the boy. He believes in wide promotion of every sport in India.Having tasted success in more than one field, Arun Pandey’s journey to excellence has been exemplary.
