Odell Beckham Jr. Growls at a Gate and Gets Security Involved After Loss on TNF

New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is a very emotional football player. It is not uncommon for him to have emotional outbursts during games or immediately after a frustrating loss. Beckham has dealt with his fluctuating emotions different ways. Earlier this season he got into a couple physical altercations with cornerback Josh Norman. He also kicked over a kicking net which bounced back and hit him after he got frustrated. Beckham started hugging the net after he realized what he had done.

After the Giants were faced with a tough loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday night football (TNF), 24-19, Odell Beckham Jr. was frustrated with the loss. He managed to become only the second player to pass 4000 yards in their first three seasons of the NFL, but the Giants playoff chances just got worse.

Beckham was frustrated because he desperately wants to play in the playoffs, but has never gotten the opportunity. Per New York Daily News, Beckham was, "growling to himself, losing it outside [the] locker room." Security and other team staff had to get involved.

The Giants (10-5) still have a small chance of making the playoffs, but it will not come easily. This season would be the first season the Giants have made the playoffs since 2011.
