Florida State stuns Miami in a thriller.

Hi everybody. The Florida State Seminoles might have salvaged their season with a 20-19 victory over the bitter rivals the Miami Hurricanes. The game was decided on a blocked extra point. The Seminoles were the underdog last night despite winning the last 7 games in this bitter and physical rivalry. There was concern for Florida State, they have played sloppy in the 5 games of this season and after losing to North Carolina everybody was concerned about the Seminoles showing up for the game in Miami last night they were down 13-3 at the half. But the Seminoles showed patience and poise last night in their victory.

There was a near fight during the pre-game, as you know Miami and Florida State can't stand each other and the hate for these 2 schools were evident last night. Deondre FRANCIOS was fantastic last night in the ballgame he went 20/31 for 234 yards and 2 touchdowns. All of this happened despite losing his helmet twice in the game. The 2 TD passes I am talking about, one of those passes was a 59 yard pass to Dalvin Cook and the other one was 20 yard pass to Kermit WHITFILED. Miami had come into the ballgame Averaging 235 yards in rushing. Florida State grounded the ground attack only holding Miami to only 62 yards rushing for the game and only 276 yards total offense for the game. But it was the blocked PAT at the end with a 1:38 left in the game that sealed the deal for Florida State and this was a much Needed win.

Here's my take, The Hurricanes are the ones with the bad taste in their mouths this morning. This time they are the ones that know what missing a PAT try feels like. After years of giving them the Wide Right or Wide Left treatment this time it's Miami that has to feel what it's like this time around. This was a big win for Florida State after losing to North Carolina and barley hanging on to the top 25 the Seminoles got a big boost of confidence. They're out of the National title race that has been established. But this was the pick me up that Florida State needed going down the road. Why you ask because Florida State's schedule doesn't get easier going forward. But their chances for a New-Year's 6 bowl has really gotten better with a big win over Miami. As for the Hurricanes they need to regroup and think ahead because they have a rough schedule themselves and this loss was a big blow to the Hurricanes. The Rushing attack was not a factor and Florida State saw to that. Miami has to get a better ground game going forward and we will see How Miami responds to this Stunning Loss at Home. In Closing Miami Feel's what wide left Means because they were the one's that went Wide Left. I know Florida State got a piece of it and blocked it. But they missed it WIDE LEFT!!!!.
