Ring of Honor Results for 12-17-2016: New World Champ, Bullet Club in Action

To kick off the show, new Ring of Honor World Champion Kyle O'Reilly hit the ring and displayed his elation.  Adam Cole walked out a couple of minutes later and said that a travesty occurred at "Final Battle," due to last minute rule changes making his title match No Disqualifications.  Dalton Castle showed up after Cole and reminded everyone that he pinned Cole when he was still world champ.  Bobby Fish was the next one to show up, and he told all that as the Survival of the Fittest winner, he had a title shot set for 2017.  Cole shot back that the belt would be his once again.  O'reilly then gave every man wanting his title a message, "Good luck!"

Match 1 - Decade of Excellence, First Round, Christopher Daniels vs. Mark Briscoe: Daniels hit Briscoe with the Angel's Wings and then covered him for the pinfall.  The" Fallen Angel" moves on to the second round.

Match 2 - Caprice Coleman w/ The Rebellion vs. Lio Rush: Within a minute, Rush won after putting Coleman in a school boy and holding on for the three-count.  Rhett Titus and Kenny King entered the ring immediately afterwards and assaulted Rush.  As they did, Jay White and Donovan Dijak soon appeared to run off The Rebellion.

Main Event - Bullet Club (Adam Cole & Young Bucks)  vs. ReDRagon & Dalton Castle: Kyle O'Reilly had put Nick Jackson in a triangle choke, and Cole tried to break it up.  He was caught by Bobby Fish, and that stopped his attempt.  Matt Jackson then tried to break up the hold, but he was caught by Castle and given Bang-a-Rang.  With Bullet Club out of commission, O'Reilly transitioned into an arm bar, and Nick soon tapped out to it.
