Hilary Knight earns her armor
Hilary has so much valor!
Congrats to Hilary Knight USA Hockey is reporting that she won sportswoman of the year. She is extremely talented at hockey, and she deserves more media coverage. I believe she will be the first woman in the NHL very soon.
She is a inspiration to women everywhere, and she is amazing at Hockey. She is a two time silver medalist, and she won Gold for the U.S.A this year. I think it awesome to see women succeeding in such a tough mental sport.
I look around and it is absurd how little coverage women sports get, and more people should be outraged. We are in 2015 and yet women sports still get ignored. You have Ronda Rousey, Hilary Knight, Elena Delle Donne, Melissa Mayeux, and Brooke Henderson. A elite class of athletic women with star potential, and they need more coverage.
These women are very special and I hope they get the ratings, and then hopefully more people will talk about them. U.S Soccer is really the only thing covered for females, and it is unfair to these talented individuals.
