Will he lead the Jets to the playoffs?

The Jets are still confident that they can make the playoffs. New York is always optimistic about their team. However, they always find a way to disappoint. I really hope the Jets play good this year. Maybe, this could be the year for them. Yet, I just don't trust the front office enough.
I do think Todd Bowles and the Jets will be improved, and yet the media is doing them a disservice by trying to put expectations on them. I would be happy if they go 8-8 and I feel that is reachable goal.
The New York Jets just need to have a decent season, and that will make me happy. I do believe Geno Smith will continue developing as a quarterback.
I hope that I am wrong, but the Jets need to not focus on the playoffs. Rather, they should focus on winning as many games as possible. Then if the New York Jets makes the playoffs we all can celebrate!
