Russell Westbrook should be traded to the San Antonio Spurs!

I think the best landing spot for Russell Westbrook would be with the San Antonio Spurs. I know right now the Spurs salary cap is tight. However, they can make a pretty good offer if they believe that they have a chance to land him. I would offer Danny Green, Tony Parker, and a first round pick in exchange for Russell Westbrook. I think the Spurs and Thunder would both win the trade. The Spurs will be even better than before and the Thunder will add some great veteran experience to their young core.
The best part of the deal would be the fact that Russell Westbrook can form his own super team with the Spurs and challenge the Golden State Warriors. The San Antonio Spurs with Russell Westbrook, Kawhi Leonard, Pau Gasol,LaMarcus Aldridge , and Patty Mills would be one of the greatest lineups in Basketball. Dejounte Murray and Bryn Forbes on the bench could learn from Russell Westbrook.
I am very curious if the Oklahoma City Thunder goes through with a trade very soon. It makes sense if they can't agree to a extension. However, Oklahoma City will still be a solid team with the pieces they have. Hopefully, the Spurs pull off a surprise trade and land Russell Westbrook. However, you can expect him to either land with the Boston Celtics or the Los Angles Lakers in the coming weeks.
