Will LSU Basketball star Ben Simmons play football?

LSU will have swag this year, and they have the coolest fan Lindsey Pelas!

LSU should be pumped that they landed a star basketball player Ben Simmons he is highly recruited. Chase Goodbread of NFL.com is reporting that Les Miles wants to see if he can play football.

"What a magnificent player, and I just want you to know, so you know, if he's interested in taking some snaps for us, he can come over," Miles said on Thursday, per the New Orleans Times-Picayune. "I'm very honest. And I can give him a goal-line position where I would throw it to him. All he's got to prove to me is one thing is that he can catch." (NFL.com)

I think it is a risky move, but it could be a genius move. I think of Antonio Gates who plays Tight End for the Chargers. In fact a lot of basketball players transition to tight end, and it happens.

I think it really depends on his passion, and that is very important. He may have to decide which path will be better for him. I hope he breaks out as mega star, and LSU basketball will win the National Championship.

I am sure most of you know Lindsey Pelas loves LSU, so that is a great reason to hop on their bandwagon. I hope this player just dominates the College sports world for her. Since, Lindsey is the definition of awesome.
