John Wall makes history, Wizards repeat history

Member when James Harden was on the Thunder? Member when Ted Leonsis did not trade a rookie Bradley Beal for Harden? Member when Harden put up 32 points and 15 assists on the Wizards to hand them their fifth loss of the season?

There is not much more to say about the Washington Wizards at this point in the season. Down one going into the fourth quarter and they lose yet again. The Rockets went on a 12-0 run midway through the fourth to put the Wizards back in their place, in the depths of the Eastern Conference. The amazing thing is, there was not bad production from the team. Yes Markieff Morris did not shoot well, but other than him, the Wizards starters played well.

Beal scored 20, Otto Porter scored 20, John Wall did his usual thing scoring 21 points, while dishing out eight assists and grabbing five rebounds. One of those eight assists sent Wall into the record books, breaking legendary Washington Bullets player, Wes Unseld's assist record. Wall passed Unseld's mark of 3,822 assists and will continue to pile onto that record, hopefully for the rest of his career.

As for the Wizards bench, Marcus Thornton went a miserable 2-10 from the field and Trey Burke did not even score a point. Tomas Satornasky was 1-4 from the field with only two points. Something has to change, and hopefully it does sooner than later.

The Wizards will host the 3-3 Boston Celtics at home this Wednesday where they hopefully can figure out their fourth quarter problem, and go for their second win of the season.
