Denver Broncos: Riding along

Another week another win as the Denver Broncos improve to 4-0. It was a great win for the Broncos as the defense played lights out including two interceptions by Aquib Talib.

The first interception happened at the beginning of the game which led to a Demariyus Thomas touchdown to put the Broncos up 7-0. The Buccaneers then answered with their own touchdown to tie the game up 7-7.

Things started getting out of control after Denver scored  their second touchdown to go up 14-7. They then kicked two field goals to make it 20-7. The last score of the game was a Paxton Lynch play action pass to Emanuel Sanders and made the final score a 27-7 game.

Trevor Siemian was injured with a left shoulder injury and had to leave the game in the second half. However Paxton Lynch was a great back up quarterback and played very well for a rookie in the NFL.

The next team the Broncos face will be the Atlanta falcons who just beat the NFC defending champs, the Carolina Panthers today. This will be a good test for the Broncos to see how they play against a quality opponent, and if Paxton Lynch if he plays, can play well against a playoff caliber team. Even if the team loses they would still be 4-1 and only have to worry about Oakland in the division for the time being.
