How can the Chicago Bulls become triumphant
The Chicago Bulls are in the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference. Many Chicago Bulls are very unhappy with this. Things are not going well for Chicago and they to find a way to get back on track. They are still capable of making the 2017 NBA Playoffs because it's not too late to be eliminated, but if things don't change now then the Chicago Bulls will be able miss their second straight playoff appearance. This team is very unremarkable and have no chance to get better. If they want improve, this what they need to do.
1. Fired Fred Hoiberg: Fred Hoiberg is definitely not the answer for Chicago. He literally change this team from a probable championship contender team to a pedestrian team. He isn't make this team better, but he is making this team more worse. Gar Forman must Fred Hoiberg not after this season, but NOW!!!!!!
2. Get rid of Rajon Rondo: Rajon Rondo is a very skilled Point Guard. My only problem with him is that he causes coaches to not like him. In his former teams, Rondo caused so much drama that they couldn't stand having Rondo apart of the roster. He isn't a good-fit for the Bulls anyway because his field goal percentage is 29%. He isn't a good 3-point shooter and he isn't benefiting anything for this team. Why don't they get rid of him?
3. Build a more Younger and Athletic team: The Bulls are not getting any younger or any more athletic. Dwyane Wade, Rajon Rondo, and Robin Lopez are all veteran players. We need a more younger team not only to help the Chicago Bulls in the future, but also help this team become more athletic to win games. If you look at the Milwaukee Bucks, they ain't very effective this year, but they are fun to watch. The Bucks are more younger with Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jabari Parker, and that's why the Bucks are a good team (even though the numbers don't show it). There are other young NBA teams such as the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Denver Nuggets, Utah Jazz, and Boston Celtics. These teams are most likely to be able to dominate in 5 years and they are promising teams that could be effective. If the Bulls start building Younger teams, they could be somewhere in that category to dominate in 5 years.
4. Get better Defensive Players: As people used the slogan "Offense can win games and Defense wins Championships", the Bulls should try to acquire more defensive players to help make the team go back to become at least playoff contenders. When Head Coach Tom Thibodeau came to Chicago, he helped make the Bulls come from a mediocre team to Championship contenders. Even though we might not get Tom Thibodeau back, but Gar Forman should try to acquire more defensive players that can make an impact on the Defensive side.
5. The Bench Players must step-up: You can't rely on Dwayne Wade and Jimmy Butler to combine with 50 points to win the game. The Bench Players must step-up so that we could win games and score more points. A good team isn't about how good the starting lineups, but a good team is showed how well the team as a whole can execute. Our bench is pretty talented, but they must step-up and play to their full-potential.
