The Dark Horse of the Eastern Conference

The Chicago Bulls is having a very successful start this season after winning 9 of the last 16 games. They are right now ranked 4th in the Eastern Conference with a 10-6 record. Even though it is just the beginning of the 2016-17 NBA season; The Chicago Bulls are still good enough to be the 2nd Best team in the Eastern Conference (behind the Cleveland Cavaliers) and The team are going very successful this year. Dwyane Wade is making a big impact as a leader even though this is Jimmy Butler's team. He has been averaging at least 18.9 points per game. He silences many doubters because he has been shooting three-pointers very well.  Jimmy Butler is also being successful because he has been averaging 25.8 points per game. He get things done on both ends of the court and he is a good role model on the team. Rajon Rondo is our Starting Point Guard, but he isn't finding success in Chicago as he did in Boston or Sacramento. He is still an elite passer, a good ball-handler, and a solid defender. He must improve his 3pt shot if he wants to make a big scoring impact to the Chicago. Taj Gibson and Robin Lopez are both being successful averaging double-doubles per game. So for I'm very impress with the Starting Five. But, if the Bulls want to make the NBA Finals or at least the Eastern Conference Finals; their bench have to step up and score. The Bench players has been outscored by the Nuggets bench, Lakers bench, Clippers bench , and even the 76ers bench. Isaiah Canaan is the only player making an impact for the bench. Denzel Valentine is a lottery pick of the 2016 NBA Draft and he isn't stepping up for this team. Bobby Portis has been a little quiet after having a good rookie season, finishing 11th in Rookie of the Year, and also was in 2016 NBA Summer League All-First Team. Without Michael Carter-Williams and Doug McDermott, The Bulls bench players have no leaders to step up and make an impact for this team. R.J Hunter, Jerian Grant, and Cristiano Felico have was just assigned to the D-League on November 26, 2016, so hopefully they can be able to Develop and the Bench might have a little spark to boost up this team.
