Robin Williams on Sports

As most would be aware, the great comedian Robin Williams committed suicide on Monday. I'm not sure this is the place or I am the person to do it but what are you going to do? I was always a huge fan who never missed an opportunity to watch his stand-up. As a kid, Mork and Mindy was a highlight of my week. I always remember my dad being doubtful of the show but I loved the little funny Alien. With his diverse knowledge and constant direction change, Williams always kept you on the edge of your seat or rolling on the floor. I remember watching "Live at the Met" in high school and we had to take a break half way through because our stomachs were hurting. Because this is a sports blog, I feel I need to stay in the athletic field with this tribute. He had many opinions on sports and I've provided some links below.  Just try and keep up!

I actually appreciated Bill Simmons and his great podcast giving tribute to Mr. Williams. I know the podcast, a cigar and a glass of scotch were solid therapy on Tuesday night.

If you find yourself in a similar position please get help. Depression and mental health are nothing to scoff at. No one believes they are in perfect physical health, why would we believe mental health is any different.
