Ronda Rousey Is Still A Bad Matchup For Cris "Cyborg" Justino

Since the start of her mixed martials arts career in 2005, Cris "Cyborg" Justino has been the type of fighter who likes to constantly move forward and back her opponent up against the cage. When she has her opponents up against the cage she likes to throw a left jab followed by a straight right the combination of these two punches typically drops her opponent to the ground. When her opponents are against the cage they sometimes try to hold on to her in the hopes that the referee will separate them or that the round ends. Under these circumstances Cyborg will put her big body frame on her opponents so they have to carry her weight and get tried which resulted in them letting go. When Cyborg is in open space with her opponents she starts chasing them around the cage while throwing a short left hook or a straight right until she is able to get her opponent up against the cage or drop them

With this fighting style, Cyborg falls right into Ronda Rousey's game plan when she is going into a fight. Ronda is the type of fighter who likes to constantly move forward and warp her left arm around her opponent’s ribcage and use the direction her opponent weight is going in to take them down in the opposite direction . Their have been some moments within her fights where her opponents are able to make Ronda back up and she is still able apply this game plan. If Rousey is able to fight Cyborg , Cyborg is going to constantly move forward and make Ronda back up. But unlike Holly Holm who used constant movement to try to diminish the amount of times that Ronda can warp her left arm around her opponent’s ribcage and use the direction her opponent weight is going in to take them down in the opposite direction. Cyborg always likes to stay in front of her opponent without using any movement which means  Ronda can still grab her and warp her left arm around Cyborg’s ribcage. This will nullify Cyborg’s right hand because when Ronda warps her left arm around Cyborg’s ribcage she's putting the weight of her left side on Cyborg’s right arm. Cyborg is going to use her raw strength to get out of this hold then Ronda can see what direction Cyborg’s weight is going in to take her down in the opposite direction and set up the armbar
