The Minnesota Vikings sign RB Latavius Murray to a three year-contract, suggesting the end of the RB Adrian Peterson era in Minnesota.

Latavius Murray rushed for 788 yards last season, averaging 4.0 yards per carry and scored a career-high 12 touchdowns for the Oakland Raiders. The 27-year old was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2015.

The San Francisco 49ers acquire C Jeremy Zuttah from the Baltimore Ravens for an exchange of sixth-round draft picks. The 30-year old has two years remaining on his current contract, worth $9.2 million.

Jeremy Zuttah is an undersized center who excels in run blocking. His performance earned him a trip to the Pro Bowl last season.

The Minnesota Vikings and WR Adam Thielen agree to a three-year deal worth $17 million, with $11 million guaranteed.

The 26-year old emerged as Minnesota’s number two receiver and caught 69 passes for 967 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Adam Thielen is a Minnesota native from Detroit Lakes and played college football for the Minnesota State Mavericks.
