Miss Wahoo & Azazel worked together, they ran 800m (54.89) last 400m (24.14) both looked like new types that will appreciate racing.
Ephesian was untested running 800m (54.74) last 400m (24.26) looked in good order.
Institution worked with Balle D’Or they run 800m (52.74) last 400m (24.14) Institution the pick of the Smerdon runners, nice piece of work.
Bertocchi Crockett Stakes
Overstep ran a leisurely 800m, built through the last 400m, running one of the quicker last 200m of the morning. Looked very solid.
Blowing Kisses looks to have gained fitness since first up run, worked with Zanbagh, both were mostly untested and worked down to line together.
LUCRF Super Vase
Retaliation was only there for a look around, galloped an even 1600m.
Sacred Elixir certainly wasn’t the most impressive piece of work for the day but seemed to handle the valley well enough.
Prized Icon ran a solid 1400m, was very strong between the 400m and the 200m handling the valley corner excellent.
Sayonaramosa worked with Engiman, was outworked and looked a little flat, worrying.
Telstra Phonewords Red Anchor Stakes
Enigman worked extremely impressively, quickening around the bend and running away from stablemate Sayonaramosa.
Archives worked with Holler, ran well enough was slapped up with the whip a few times but they did run a quick last 400m (23.93)
P.W. Glass Fillies Classic
Chipanda was only there for a look around. Inconclusive.
Alaskan Sun was plain, needed to be hit too keep in touch with stable mate.
La Luna Rossa quickened up last 250m, did enough.
955m City Jeep
Tempt Me Not ran last 400m in (23.97) last 200m in approx (11.08) wasn’t pushed and looked very impressive.
Schweppes Crystal Mile
Federal worked with Chipanda, both only they for a look.
Prompt Response worked well, building from the 300m relatively untested.
Mr Individual worked a strong last 200m, looks fit.
Great Esteem Struggled around MV bend, wobbled and became unbalanced, finished off well once he got balanced up.
Coldstone only there for a look
Thunder Fantasy worked solid enough, untested down the straight.
Akavoroun worked with Stop Making Sense, ran a nice last 1000m. Will take benefit from next run.
William Hill Cox Plate
Winx, first horse out onto the track. Just stretched the legs and got moving the last 150m. Looks ready to peak.
Yankee Rose, awesome last 600m, 23.94 for last 400m, last 200m in approx 11.01. Best looking work of the morning.
Happy Clapper worked 1200m, untested. Not his main gallop, looks fit.
Awesome Rock, strong last 400m (24.11) within himself, impressive.
Merlin Garage Tesio Stakes
Don’t Doubt Mamma quickest last 400m of the morning (23.21), ultra impressive. Couldn’t have done anymore, ready to win again.
Every Faith, worked with Alaskan Sun, really nice strong work. Jockey didn’t push.
Abbey Marie worked with Coldstone, they both only had a jog around.
Alaskan Rose ran unbelievable from the 400m-100m then the jockey sat right up, handled the Valley very well.
William Hill Manikato Stakes
Holler quickened through the last 400m, ran good time (23.93) while not being asked for an effort.
Japonisme ran last 400m in (23.63) looked very impressive and flew down the straight hardheld. Eye-catching.
Capitalist only there to familiarise, will improve on next run.
English Untested.
Others
Biased Witness, looked to go through gears well very, had to swerve to miss horses at the 150m and looked green but has plenty of ability.
Scherzoso worked with Don’t Doubt Mamma in a very quick last 400m, kept up with her all the way to the line and was very impressive coming into a BM90 race.
