NHL Fight of the Week: Max Domi vs. Ryan Kesler

Just when I say fighting is non-existent in the NHL, it bursts back to life in a big way.  This past week fighting made a triumphant return.  There were 26 fights this week, more than double what we had been getting over a week's time.  The best night was Tuesday, which saw 12 fights and a brawl.  Last night was also pretty good, 6 fights and a brawl.  The quality of fights has also greatly improved.  The first couple weeks saw a lot of 3/10 and 4/10 fights, with an occasional 5/10 or 6/10 mixed in.  This past week, however, saw multiple 6/10 fights and even some 7/10 fights.  There were numerous really good fights including Jared Boll vs. Kyle Clifford, Kevin Bieksa vs. Kyle Clifford, Derek Dorsett vs. Mark Borowiecki, and Nick Foligno vs. Ryan Reaves.  The best fight of the week, however, was without a doubt Max Domi vs. Ryan Kesler.  We rarely see KO's anymore, and this was a big time KO.  Domi dropped Kelser in one punch and it was a beauty.  Max Domi clearly gets a KO win here, and I rate this a 7/10.  You can watch the fight here.
