Cleveland Cavaliers Training Camp Preview

The Cleveland Cavaliers might have pulled off the greatest upset in the NBA Finals last season. They trailed 3 games to 1 against the Golden State Warriors (73-9). Cleveland came back and won the series. What was impressive was they defeated Golden State at Oracle Arena twice.

The Cavaliers were known for so many heartbreaking losses before the championship. Fans will now erase the bad times and remember the Lebron James block on Andre Igoudala, the Kyrie Irving game-winning 3-pointer, and the defensive stop.

Despite being the champions, it feels as if they are not. This is because Kevin Durant went to the Warriors in the off-season and they are in the spotlight, which is completely fine for Lebron James. If the Cleveland Cavaliers win the NBA Finals again this season, this will just add more greatness to Lebron's legacy.

Cleveland will look to go more up-tempo this season with Tyron Lue as Head Coach. He replaced David Blatt in the middle of the season.

Projected Starting Lineup: (C) Tristan Thompson, (PF) Kevin Love, (SF) Lebron James, (SG) J.R. Smith, and (PG) Kyrie Irving.

Key Bench Players: (F) Channing Frye, (G) Iman Shumpert, (G) Jordan McRae, and (F) Richard Jefferson.

The Cleveland Cavaliers open the season when they host the New York Knicks on October 25th.
