Rockets Squeak Past Thunder

Nene made 2 free throws with 0.7 seconds remaining in the game to lift the Houston Rockets to a 118 to 116 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder. This all occurred despite the Thunder outscoring the Rockets 33 to 21 in the fourth quarter. James Harden did a nice job finding Nene open on the inbound pass.

The Thunder called timeout after the made foul shots. Then they called another timeout since they had trouble inbounding the ball. Enes Kanter had trouble receiving but he shot it with one hand and missed. Despite the missed shot, he had a double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds.

Russell Westbrook had 49 points 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the Thunder. He was 0-3 from the field in the final minute of the game. Victor Oladipo had 17 points.

James Harden flirted with a triple-double with 26 points 8 rebounds and 12 assists. Eric Gordon had 22 points off the bench for the Rockets. Nene had 18 points and 3 rebounds.

These two teams will play each other one more time on March 26th in Houston.
