Mobil 1 The Grid Presents: History In The Making w/Joie Chitwood III
I was recently contacted by Mobil 1 The Grid to share a piece they produced called "History In The Making", an interview piece with Daytona track president Joie Chitwood. The video goes over how Bill France Sr had a vision to race cars on the beach of Daytona, and his inspiration of building a racing surface safe enough for drivers to accomplish high speeds and for fans to have a great venue to enjoy the sport they love.
