Eagles Players versus Eagles Fans!
Eagles' outside linebacker, Brandon Graham a few days ago want on a twitter block rampage, he told phillyvoice.com writer Jimmy Kempski that he blocked over 500 Eagle fans. Is he really wasting his time blocking people on twitter because fans got under his skin and hurt your feelings. Boo Hoo! According to some twitter users, he's been blocking people for sometime including former Eagle safety, Brian Dawkins and 97.5 fanatic radio hosts. He's blocking people that don't even follow him that's ridiculous. Whatever moving on.
On Wednesday, on 97.5 The Fanatic they started a hash tag #BlockedByBrandon
Brandon Graham statement on the twitter blocking:

"It's not a fair playing field. I can't come back at you, so why not block you. Until I know what you do, and I can critique you, then half the time I'm thinking you're just on the couch, " Graham said. " Just talking, not doing nothing anyway. So might as well block you."
Reporter: "The counterargument, though, is that you're worried about (what)? people are saying and maybe it's taking away your priorities - or what you really should be worrying about."
"You know what it is? People don't have a personal life. And I have a personal life. I work. And I work very hard. But I do have a personal life, and I do have a wife and a kid and if my kids seeing that, for me, I don't want to see the negativity, so why not block it? It's my personal page. Just like it's their personal page, "Graham said. "It's blown out of proportion. I'm not falling into it. I just block people. I'll have a personal conversation with my friend, and people want to interrupt, thinking they know what we're talking about, but they don't know what we are talking about, so why not block them?"
Reporter: "The alternative is you fire back something you're gonna regret?"
Graham also pointed out that athletes can be in a no-win situation when it comes to responding or dealing with fans on Twitter.
"If I fire back, then they re-tweet me, and they want their friends to see, so it's like why not block everything so they can just kill that noise right there, "Graham said.
You know, I love that 97.5 put me on today, because you got my followers even too. Thank you, 97.5!"
How can fans avoid being blocked?
"Just don't come with the negativity. That's not going to help anybody. It's not going to help the team, "Graham said. "So keep the comments to yourself or just don't tweet (me). Do what you got to do."
This isn't the only time Eagles' players calling out the fans. It was last Monday that offensive tackle Lane Johnson, called out the fans saying the Linc isn't a home-field advantage anymore.
That wasn't the end of the players bashing/calling out the fans. On Thursday morning on 97.5 the Fanatic, Fletcher Cox Eagles' star defensive tackle/end was on the morning show with Anthony Gargano.

My final thoughts is the players need to stop calling out and bashing the Eagle fans and worry about winning a game. I kinda of understand why Graham is blocking people for being negative. But as I said above he actually started blocking people that didn't even follow him. He started searching for his name and blocked people that were negative about him or the team. Why are you searching your name, I thought he said he has a personal life and that's what he is doing. That just blows my mind as I said why is he wasting his time blocking people, he makes tons of money. He's a idiot and needs to grow a pair! Does he realize talking to somebody on twitter where people see it that's not personal. Twitter isn't a personal page, it's out there for the world to read duh. If you want to have a "private" talk with somebody on twitter use direct message duh.
I wish he would put that much effort on the field that he does with blocking people on twitter. It's one thing to block people that are bashing you but its another to search for yourself and block people that were being negative. I'm more pissed about what he said more than him blocking fans (I actually think its funny) that some people have no personal lives, who the F is he to say that.
As for Fletcher Cox, I loss all respect for him and I don't care if he's good or not. I want him gone, he's no leader because if he was he would be showing that on the field instead of bashing the fans and media. He said in the interview the team can't worry about the "outsiders" to me that refers to the fans and the media.
