Jade Karam Plans Big for his 2017 Boxing Career

Following his debut in 2015 and a hard hitting road in the ring, Jade Karam is planning to make 2017 a big year for his career and further bag some wins on his journey.

“My prospects for my career are to fight for the Gauteng title in my next fight and then challenge for the SA title,” said Karam. The Pro Boxer said that he would eventually like to fight for the All African title then look at gunning for international and world titles.

Karam will be fighting next on the 30th of March 2017. He shared his focus on his upcoming fight. “At the moment, we are focusing on strength training,” he explained. He added that he and his team are also focusing a lot on GGG style and Lamachenko style of stepping and hitting as they prepare for the 30th. He will be contending for the Gauteng Title against Wynand Mulder on the day. The venue is still to be confirmed.

The boxer was last seen in action on the 8th of December 2016 at Presleys Restaurant in Boksburg. He took on Dido Mukanya in a bout that went all the way and won by split decision. Karam built a fantastic record thus far, winning 9 of his 13 fights. He has fought on big stages including the well known Emperors Palace.
