Further Proving that we can't assume anything, Peter King of MMQB reported that a source very close to Browns GM John Dorsey informed him that the Browns have "made up their minds" already and will be selecting Josh Allen with the #1 pick in this year's draft. Scouts are divided on Allen's pro potential, but many notables including ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr have been calling him the top QB in this year's class from the start.
