Rod Streater's 10-yard touchdown pass from Colin Kaepernick, along with a Kaepernick made 2-point conversion with 36 seconds remaining lifted the San Francisco 49ers to a 22 to 21 victory over the Los Angeles Rams.  Streater finished with 6 catches for 63 yards receiving and 1 touchdown. Kaepernick finished with 266 passing yards 2 touchdowns and 1 interception.

In the first quarter, Carlos Hyde scored on a 19-yard touchdown pass from Kaepernick. Hyde finished with 38 rushing yards and 3 catches for 24 yards receiving and 1 touchdown. Hyde left the game with an injury.

Later in the first quarter, the Rams scored on a 1-yard touchdown rush by Todd Gurley and a 30-yard touchdown rush by Tavon Austin. Gurley finished with 67 yards rushing and 1 touchdown, along with 3 catches for 20 yards receiving.

In the fourth quarter, Jared Goff threw a 2-yard touchdown pass to Tyler Higbee. Goff finished with 90 passing yards 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions. He struggled for most of the day against one of the worst defenses in the NFL, which is not a good sign for his development.

San Francisco's other touchdown in the game came on a 13-yard rush by Kaepernick. With under 30 seconds remaining, Goff threw an interception, which sealed the win for the 49ers. The 49ers both wins this season are against the Rams.

San Francisco will host the Seattle Seahawks (9-5-1) next Sunday.
