With the game tied at 133 in overtime and Lebron James out of the game because of being disqualified for 6 fouls, someone needed to take the big shot for the Cavaliers. Kyrie Irving hit a dagger from three land with 35 seconds remaining to lift the Cavaliers to 140 to 135 victory over the Washington Wizards.

Irving scored 23 points and had 11 of them in the overtime session. Marcin Gortat made a key layup after the Irving three. On the next Cavs possession, Irving missed a floater, but Tristan Thompson tapped the ball out to Kyrie. Irving was fouled and made two free throws.

Bradley Beal missed a three pointer afterwards, and Kevin Love grabbed the rebound and was fouled. He also knocked down two free throws. Love finished with 39 points and 12 rebounds. There were rumors during the game that the Cavs are trying to push for a Carmelo Anthony for Kevin Love deal. Well I hope it doesn't happen and Love played fantastic.

Before the game went into overtime, there were some key possessions. With the Cavs up 116 to 113, Bradley Beal knocked down a huge three to tie the game with 43.9 seconds remaining. Beal finished with 41 points and 8 assists.

On the next Cavs possession, Tristan Thompson was fouled and made 1 out of 2 free throws. Thompson finished with 22 points and 12 rebounds. Afterwards, John Wall missed a layup, but Markieff Morris grabbed an offensive rebound and gave the Wizards the lead momentarily.

Morris finished with 15 points and 6 rebounds. After that, Lebron James missed an easy layup, but then the Cavaliers fouled John Wall right away. Wall finished with 22 points and 12 assists. Wall made both of his foul shots. With 3.4 seconds left, Kevin Love fired a pass to Lebron James, and James spun around and banked a three pointer off the glass to tie the game with 0.3 remaining.

James finished with 32 points 7 rebounds and 17 assists. The crowd was stunned. With 0.3 left, the Morris inbounded it, but it went off the rim before it went into play. If that didn't happen, Wall had an easy layup. Well Cleveland would get a chance with 0.3 but there was no room for a play.

Iman Shumpert left the game in the third quarter with an ankle injury, and he was in a walking boot after the game.

These two teams will meet each other one more time this season and this was probably the game of the year in the NBA.
