Raiders Heading to Postseason

"Just Win Baby" has been a consistent theme all season for the Oakland Raiders and there fan base. With the 19 to 16 victory today over the San Diego Chargers, the Raiders are heading to the postseason for the first time since 2002. 

In the first quarter, Phillip Rivers threw a 47-yard touchdown pass to Travis Benjamin. With the Raiders trailing 10 to 3 in the second-quarter, Derek Carr threw a 13-yard touchdown pass to Michael Crabtree. Crabtree had 6 catches for 60 yards receiving and 1 touchdown. Carr finished with 213 passing yards 1 touchdown and 1 interception.

With the Chargers trailing 13 to 10 in the third quarter, Rivers threw a 7-yard touchdown to pass Hunter Henry. Rivers finished with 206 passing yards 2 touchdowns and 1 interception. 

With the game tied at 16 late in the game, Sebastian Janikowski kicked the game winning field goal from 44 yards out with 2:42 remaining in regulation. 

On a fourth-and-15 play with 1:51 remaining, Rivers was intercepted by Reggie Nelson. The Oakland Raiders will host the Indianapolis Colts (7-7) next Saturday.
