Rams Fire Jeff Fisher

With a 4-9 start to the 2016, the Rams have decided to fire head coach Jeff Fisher. He just signed a 2-year contract extension. The Rams have lost their last 4 games convincingly. Todd Gurley made a comment saying the Rams have a "middle-school offense".

Maybe they will be better in the final 3 games. Special Teams Coordinator John Fassel, will be the teams interim head coach. The Rams play the Seattle Sehawks, San Francisco 49ers, and the Arizona Cardinals the final 3 weeks of the regular season. They also don't have a first-round pick this season because they traded it away to the Tennessee Titans.

The Rams offense ranked 32nd in the NFL, and they are ranked 10th on defense. Ever since becoming the head coach in 2012, he didn't have one winning season. In 2012 he went 7-8-1, in 2013 and 2015 he went 7-9, and in 2014 he went 6-10.

This team has a bunch of talent that was being wasted. Maybe they will find a better head coach in the offseason that fits this teams style.
