Mike Hoffman scored a rocket shot 1:34 into the third-period to lift the Ottawa Senators to a 2 to 1 victory in game 6 over the Pittsburgh Penguins.

The refs in this game was downright terrible. Sidney Crosby is getting mugged on the ground and their is no penalty being called, meanwhile Ron Hainsey lightly touched someone and was called for interference.

Ottawa gets away with dirty play and also Nick Bonino was clearly slashed in the back of the leg and no penalty was called. Not only did the Senators force game 7 on Thursday Night, but the refs did as well.

Trevor Daley scored a goal in the second-period, but Ottawa challenged it and they won the challenge because Daley interfered on the play. On the replay it looked like the right call, but didn't Anderson fall into his own net? I believe so.

Evgeni Malkin scored the lone goal of the game for the Penguins in the second-period. Bobby Ryan scored on a 5-on-3 power play for the Senators.

Craig Anderson made 45 saves for the Senators. Matt Murray made 28 saves for the Penguins. Game 7 is on Thursday Night in Pittsburgh and the REFS BETTER SHOW UP.
