Jim Thome Inducted into the Philadelphia Phillies Wall Of Fame
Every August, the Philadelphia Phillies induct a former player into the Phillies Wall of Fame. It started all the way back in 1978 when the first inducted was Robin Roberts. This year it was former first baseball man and DH and future Baseball Hall of Famer, Jim Thome that was inducted. He was inducted last Friday night (August 12, 2016) before the Phillies faced the Colorado Rockies.

Congrats To Jim Thome well deserved. He is a super nice guy, I had the honor of meeting him in 2004 and getting a photo with him. I just wished he would have won a World Series championship here. He will be in the Baseball Hall of Fame someday.
