Paige Porter Swims to Success
Paige Porter representing the Tidalwaves of the Minnetonka Ridgedale YMCA turned in a strong performance at the State Swim Meet at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Ceneter on Sunday February 14, 2016. She took home 6th place in the 50M breast stroke and her 200M medley relay team took 7th. Paige was competing against the top competition from around the state with a field of the top 16 swimmers paired down from 120 in the state.
Asked why she likes swimming she stated, "I don't know, it's just fun".
