NC State stuns Duke at Cameron Indoor.
Hi everybody. The NC State Wolfpack did something that the School had not Done since 1995. They upset the Duke Blue Devils at Cameron Indoor Stadium. The Wolfpack upset Duke 84-82 And this is how they did the impossible.
Well The Wolfpack did the impossible. You Can Thank Dennis Smith Jr with 32 points, 4 rebounds, 6 assists and 2 steals he was the main reason NC State won on Monday Night. But he did have support from Abdul-Malik Abu as he had 19 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal. Ted KAPITA came off the bench and did some damage with 14 points and 10 rebounds. As for the Duke Blue Devils they tried a something different. Coach Dave CAPEL, Who filling in for coach K while on leave Started with Grayson Allen and Jayson Tatum on The Bench. And it looked pretty good when the game got underway. Tatum finished with 16 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal. Matt Jones had 11 points along with 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Luke Kennard was the star for Duke in a losing effort with 20 points, 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals. Grayson Allen had 13 points and 2 assists for the game.
The NC State Wolfpack did the impossible on Monday Night, Here's My take on the Wolfpack. They are a decent Basketball Team they have a 14-7 record overall and you might be thinking they can get a decent at large bid for the NCAA tournament. But we have a couple of problems. No.1 they are only 3-5 in the ACC and a few weeks back they got there doors blown off by 51 at the Hands of North Carolina. So what needs to happen to NC State is simple. They just need to keep winning baby and they need to win the ACC tournament or they can get to the final and get an automatic bid. But there resume got some help with this shocking victory over Duke On Monday. They are loaded with talent but they still have some work to do. The ACC tournament is around the Corner and right now I have NC State on the Bubble of getting into the NCAA tournament. This upset is a Great Start but there's still a long way to go.
DUKE NEEDS HELP NOW!!!!!, Here's My Take on The Blue Devils. They need coach K to comeback now. The Blue Devils are struggling without him. The Devils are 2-3 since Dave CAPEL took over in Coach K's absence. Duke is Now 15-5 overall But they are now only 3-4 in the ACC. This was a Duke team who was the odds on Favorite to runaway with everything. But Grayson Allen's suspension and the injuries to Harry Giles and Jayson Tatum when the season started
kind of put a Damper on those hopes. Duke wasn't even slated to have 5 loses at all. Here's what needs to happen. No.1 They need Coach K to comeback NOW!!!!. No.2 Somebody needs to tell Grayson Allen TO GROW UP!!!!!. No.3 They need some define intervention form somebody because if they don't start getting there act together now they are going to be an afterthought going forward. Right Now I have Duke in the tournament Field at a 8 seed or 9 seed. But in closing I will say this if Duke doesn't get it together now don't be surprised if I start leaning more towards Duke Being on the Bubble for the NCAA tournament. They Need Help Now and that's all I have to say.
