The top 4 in the 2016 college football playoff is set.

Hi everybody. The 2016 College Football playoffs are set. The top 4 teams are No.1 Alabama, No.2 Clemson, No.3 Ohio State and No.4 Washington. The bowl games are also set for these 4 teams. In the next few minutes you will get my take on both of these matchups. And there's one team that some people said that should be there. You will also get my take on that as well. Let's get started.

No.1 Alabama vs No.4 Washington: These 2 teams have met in a bowl game before. It was the 1986 Sun Bowl. But this is 30 years later and a lot has changed. This time around there's a possible National Championship at the end of the rainbow. Alabama has the Best offense in the country led by Quarterback Jalen Hurts, his numbers have been excellent this season. Hurts has 2592 yards along with 22 touchdowns and he has a QB rating of 68.5. As for Washington they have the best High Flying quarterback in the Pac-12. His name is Jake Browning. His numbers have been fantastic this season 3280 yards with 42 touchdowns and a QB rating of 82.4. This is what needs to happen for Alabama to win this game. 1st they have to stop Jake Browning and they need to put pressure on him and stay at him all game long. Bama has a great secondary and they can get the Job done. 2nd they have to stop Washington's ground game Myles Gaskin is the other reason that Washington is where they are right now. Bama has to done these 2 things and they have the game won. On the other side of the ball here's what needs to happen for Washington to win this game. 1st they need to stop Jalen Hurts and put pressure on him and don't let him get any chance to get away and do a lot of damage. 2nd The Huskies Defense needs to play like they are the best Defense in the Country and they have proven that in the Pac-12. 3rd they need to do what they did to Colorado in the Pac-12 title game. Let the defense do a lot of the damage bottom line. And Washington has this game won. This is going to be a great game and may the best team win.

No.2 Clemson vs No.3 Ohio State: These 2 teams have met in bowl games before. Clemson has won both contests. The 1978 Gator Bowl. The game that cost Ohio State coach Woody Hayes his job. And the 2014 Orange Bowl where Clemson was Victorious 40-35. But this is a new year and a new game and the stakes are much higher this time around. Clemson has the best Quarterback in the ACC and in the country. Deshaun Watson has 3914 yards this season with 37 touchdowns and a QB rating of 73.9. Ohio State's J.T Barrett has been good as well he has 2428 yards this season along with 24 touchdowns but he only has a QB rating of 60.9. This is what needs to happen for Clemson to win this game. 1st they need to stop J.T. Barrett and don't let him get open and have a chance to look down field because if Clemson does that it's going to be a long night. 2nd they need to stop the run game Curtis Samuel is the best running back in the Big-10 and he can be a nightmare for Clemson and if they let Samuel get an opening he can run down the Field and take it all the way. So If Clemson does these 2 things they will win this game. On the other side, Here's what Ohio State needs to do to win the game. No.1 they have to find a way to Stop Deshaun Watson. That's no easy task in itself. But Ohio State has a great Secondary that can do it. No.2 The Offense has to step it up Big Time. They can't play like they did against Michigan State and Michigan if they do they will lose Big time. The Offense has be not much to brag about in the last 2 games. So with that in mind if Ohio State's offense doesn't show up Clemson wins the game, Bottom Line.

There are some people who say that Penn State got ripped off by the Selection committee. Here's my take, Penn State did not get ripped off they have 2 bad loses against Pitt and Michigan. Yes they did win the Big-10 Championship I will give you that. But they have 2 loses. Look at Ohio State's resume only one bad loss to Penn State in Happy Valley. In my opinion the committee got it right by Putting Ohio State in the top 4. Mark May and Danny KANNELL of ESPN were both crying saying Penn State got ripped off. Guys no they didn't the committee got it right so get over it. Penn State Coach James Franklin said after the selection was made " we're very happy about our Future going forward I feel good about Penn State's football program again. I'm a little disappointed we didn't make it. But I'm very happy we got a new year's bowl this year." Well he said it himself Franklin feels good about the program going forward. And not all's lost for Penn State they will be playing USC in the Rose Bowl on January 2nd. So Penn State has nothing to hang their heads about this year. But mark my words when I say this. Don't be surprised if we are talking about Penn State competing for a Big-10 championship and a Possible National Championship Next season.
