Alex Hornibrook MUST Play Better if Wisconsin Wants to Win The BIG Ten

The Wiscosin Badgers have so much potential to be the best team in The BIG Ten. In their only two losses so far this season, they were so close to winning those games, but they didn't have a Quarterback who was clutch enough to take them to that Mountain Top. You would think that if a team has a good defense, good offensive line, good running backs, and solid special teams play, The Quarterback's job would be easy. However, Alex Hornibrook have failed to take advantage of an opportunity that all College Football Quarterbacks dream to have. Well, only the ones who want to be elite. You watch ESPN & ABC and you hear all of these Analyst talk their analytics and fail to point out the obvious flaw of the Badgers. Hornibrook needs to play better if The Badgers want to upset Ohio State or Michigan in the BIG Ten Championship game. The team is solid in every other position but their QB Hornibrook is just not good enough to take them to that Mountain top, and someone needs to say it.

Alex Hornibrook YOU need to play better. You're mediocre.

Now, Mr. White Jack will not give him a break based on how well the team has played against the BIG Ten West. Hello, it's the BIG Ten West.

There is NO Such Thing as Offense in The BIG Ten West

Lets Look at his stats to prove how bad he is, Now Mr. White Jack is not an analytics guy, but stats are used to back up an arguement and Mr. White Jack is detailing Honnibrook's stats to prove how bad he is...Now look, in eight games, this guy has only thrown for 1,040 yards and 6 TDs...Really? It really doesn't look good if it takes a Power 5 Starting Quarterback eight games to throw for 6 TDs, that's not good at all. Please dont bring up the Freshmen talk because USC's Sam Darnold is a Freshmen, Alabama's Jalen Hurts is a Freshmen, Florida State's DeAndre Francois is a freshmen, so the Freshmen card won't pass for Mr. Hornibrook. Yes they did beat Nebraska and Northwestern, but a starting QB who throws for a total of 71 and 92 yards in back-to-back weeks will cause a team to have an early Christmas break with Santa Claus when school lets out at the end of the semester. Is it tough to play against BIG Ten West Defenses? Yes, but Ohio State QB JT Barrett threw for 290 yards against Nebraska, Oregon's Dakota Prukop threw for 146 against the cornhuskers, Indiana's Richard Lagow threw for 196 aginst the Cornhuskers while Honnibrook couldn't even reach 75 yards. Back up QB Bart Houston may not be better according to the coaching staff, but at least he's had two-200 yard passing games, something that Hornibrook has not done in eight weeks. Is he not connect with the Offensive coordinator on chemistry? Whatever the problem maybe, if Wisconsin wants to make the college football playoffs, Honnibrook must play better or get benched. At this point of season, it's pretty hard to tell whose better between Alex Hornibrook and Bart Houston. At least it didn't take the backup four games to pass for over 400 yards throwing more INTs than TDs.
