NFL Poll: Should the salary cap remain?

The NFL poll today is on the salary cap. Personally, I don't like it and maybe I was born in the wrong era. I would love to know your thoughts on this issue. What I don't like about is it limits bonding.
You just don't get to see that many dynasties anymore. Take the 80's 49'ers for example, and you realize that Joe Montana would be the highest payed player in the NFL. He may have not had Jerry Rice to ride along with him.
The salary cap will decimate Seattle's roster, and it makes me sad. Sure some of the players will remain. If they don't win it all this year, it will be tough once again in Seattle. Go Hawks! I want to see you play the Colts in the Super Bowl.
