Joe Haden Signs With Steelers
Cornerback Joe Haden was released by the Cleveland Browns earlier in the day. He has now signed a three-year deal worth $27 million with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers just made their secondary better.
It wasn't that great to begin with. Ross Crockell, Artie Burns, or William Gay will start on the other side of Haden. Haden could be another valuable leader on defense.
He has made the pro bowl twice ever since being drafted into the NFL in 2010 by the Cleveland Browns. Haden has had 377 career tackles, 19 interceptions, one touchdown, two sacks, 100 pass deflections, forced four fumbles, and recovered four fumbles. The Pittsburgh Steelers open up the season at the Cleveland Browns.
