The first quarter set the tone of the Oakland Raiders vs Tennessee Titans game until it slowed a little bit. Derek Carr completed 22-of-32 passes for 262 yards passing and 2 touchdowns for the Raiders in a 26-16 victory for Oakland.

Tennessee tried an onside kick to start the game, but Oakland recovered it. Carr threw an 8-yard touchdown pass to Amari Cooper in the first. Cooper finished with 5 catches for 62 yards and one touchdown.

The Titans responded by scoring on a 10-yard rushing touchdown by Marcus Mariota. He completed 25-of-41 passes for 256 yards. Mariota rushed for 26 yards on three carries, along with a touchdown.

The only other touchdown that was scored in the game was in the fourth-quarter by Raiders receiver Seth Robert from 19 yards out. Raiders kicker Giorgio Tavecchio made four field goals (20, 52 (2x), and 43 yards). Titans kicker Ryan Succop made three field goals (23, 26, and 52 yards).

Marshawn Lynch rushed for 76 yards on 18 carries for Oakland. It was his first game since January 2016 with the Seattle Seahawks. Michael Crabtree caught 6 passes for 83 yards receiving.

Delanie Walker was the leading receiver for the Titans with 7 catches for 76 yards receiving. Rookie Corey Davis caught 6 passes for 69 yards receiving. DeMarco Murray only rushed for 44 yards on 12 carries. Both teams didn't turn the ball over.
