The Lone Survivor: The 2017 Golden State Warriors

The season is over, and after the scrutiny of Kevin Durant coming to Golden State last off-season happened, he accomplished what he set out to do. Win a title. Now that he finally has that, we now have to figure out how to tell the next generation how this team beat Cleveland without him in 2015, or won 73 games in 2016. He was that important in these Finals, and his presence is making every NBA team scramble to try and figure out how to get past the Champs.

WHAT TO EXPECT THIS OFF-SEASON

I think Durant is going back to Oklahoma City. With all jokes aside, Durant and Curry will be back, and either Livingston or Iguodala. If they manage to keep both, it will immensely help this team, but that would require sacrifice from Durant and Curry. Filling out the rest of the roster won't be too difficult, as I'm sure a few David West's will want to join this team and play for a title.

EARLY PREDICTION FOR 2017-18

Unless Anthony Davis, Russell Westbrook and Kawhi Leonard all go to Cleveland for the minimum, it is very hard to see anybody beating this team, even without Iguodala or Livingston. We crowned them last July when they brought in Durant, so why can't we crown them again today?
