Cincinnati Bengals Cornerback Adam Jones Arrested and Facing Four Charges

Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam 'Pacman' Jones was arrested this morning and is now facing three misdemeanors and one felony. Per WHIO, Jones is dealing with misdemeanors related to obstructing official business, disorderly conduct and assault. On top of that he was caught using with a bodily substance and spit on a nurse. Not really a friendly dude.

"Jones denied all charges in court Tuesday morning, saying he has witnesses that will help him debunk charges of assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing official business after he was arrested around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday," WCPO.com's Austin Fast and Marais Jacon-Duffy reported.

He will be held in jail tonight while a judge is awaiting DNA tests. The nurses administrating the tests are not available until tomorrow morning. Jones's bond is set at $37,500.

Jones was caught on camera poking the eye of a security guard and getting into a physical altercation with a police officer before trying to flee the scene. He has had a history of run-ins with the law including four arrests in 2007 that kept him from playing in the NFL for the entire season. Again in 2005 and 2006 he was in and out of trouble. In 2006 he got caught spitting in a womens face at a bar.

Jones, 33, started all games this season and is set to start for the Bengals again next season. The team has options in 2018.

How will the NFL react to this incident? Will they protect him or will the Bengals have to move on?
