TCU upsets No.1 Kansas in Big 12 Tournament.

Hello Everyone. The TCU Horned Frogs are in a FANTASTIC mood after they pulled off the biggest Shocker in March Madness, Conference Edition. They Upset the No.1 team in the country as they upset the Kansas Jayhawks 85-82. And this upset has everybody talking this morning form guys like me and the Selection Committee.

Well everybody's wondering how in the World TCU pulled off possibly the upset of the year. I have the leading scorers from both teams.

TCU coach Jamie Dixon was in shock after the Upset Victory. And he did talk to reporters after the game and said the following. " If somebody would have said to me we would upset Kansas I would have said no way because we have had nothing but a disappointing season this year. Our guys came ready to play and I think Kansas and Bill Self were not expecting this at all. But they are a great team and I think they will do well when the NCAA tournament starts next week.

As for Kansas Coach Bill Self he was not himself after the loss. He also talked to reporters after the game and said the following. " We were not ourselves today and we took TCU lightly. I was asleep at the wheel in the 1st half. We made a charge in the 2nd half but the foul at the end really hurt us and we made some very bad mistakes at the end. I thought we would have no problem with TCU but we were wrong on that BIG TIME.

Well Here's the question on everybody's mind this morning, will Kansas still be a number seed. Here's my take, Kansas was slated to be the overall number 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament. But now that will likely not happen now. They will still be a number one seed in the NCAA Tournament when the selection committee releases their final bracket on Sunday. But this was a big blow to Kansas and it also proves to me that Kansas is venerable in every way possible. But some people are saying that they loss on purpose, No way in the world. They got out played by a TCU team that wants to be in the Big Dance.

Now as for TCU, are they in the Big Dance, Unless they win the Conference Tournament my answer is NO!!!. And here's why. TCU did upset Kansas. They have a 19-14 record in the but they are only 7-12 in the Big 12. So here's what TCU needs to do they need to win the Conference Tournament. Because their record is not anywhere enough to get them into the Field.

So what's next for both teams TCU will face Iowa State in the Next Round on Friday Night.

As for Kansas they are going to have a short flight home and they are still going to be a number 1 seed

But as for the Big 12 tournament, THEY ARE ONE AND DONE.
