The end of the Fred Hoiberg era and Gar Forman, and John Paxson era??!!??

The Chicago Bears were officially eliminated from the NBA Playoffs on Friday after losing 4-2 to the Boston Celtics, despite leading the series 2-0. Their last game was in Chicago as the Chicago Bulls were looking to still alive and forced a Game 7. Overall, the Bulls struggled to score points as well as making shots from the perimeter. The Boston Celtics never trailed as they were leading throughout the entire game. Despite Jimmy Butler scoring 23, the rest of the team were struggling and couldn't execute. Because of this, the Boston Celtics advance and the Bulls are entering the offseason. The Boston Celtics will now face point guard John Wall and the Washington Wizards in the 2nd Round.

Entering the offseason, there is a lot of changes to be made. After this season, this could be the end of the Chicago Bulls having Fred Hoiberg as Head Coach and even Gar Forman and John Paxson as Managers of the Front Office of this Chicago Bulls organization. Fred Hoiberg's offensive scheme isn't working for the Bulls. The Chicago Bulls are one of the worst 3-point shooting teams in the league, only shooting 34% of 3-point fields goals. It is pretty obvious that this team isn't built to shoot 3's or score from the perimeter. The only true perimeter shooter that is on the roster is Nikola Mirotic. The Bulls and Fred Hoiberg isn't a good combination.

Gar Forman and John Paxson are guys that should also get fired. They are arguably the mastermind behind the Bulls mediocrity and disaster. They hired Fred Hoiberg but didn't give the players that are efficient in his system. Even though LeBron James is dominating the East, the Bulls aren't preparing for the “post-LeBron era”. At the end of 2016 season, the Bulls held a Press Conference and Gar Forman made a statement that the Bulls are getting younger and athletic. After that, During Free Agency, they signed a 35-year old Dwyane Wade who will eventually retire in maybe 3-4 years. In the Draft, The only best players that Forman picked were Derrick Rose, Jimmy Butler, and Taj Gibson. The rest of those players weren't really effective. Let's not also forget the Cameron Payne and Taj Gibson deal. That trade was a bad trade and the Bulls really didn't get any quality players within that deal. It's like Gar Forman only cares about making the playoffs and selling playoff tickets. The Chicago Bulls needed a rebuild for quite some time, but Gar Forman was unsuccessful of that process. Gar Forman isn't the general manager that could make a productive rebuild.

Everything around the Chicago Bulls organization is a complete disaster. Things need to start changing and Fred Hoiberg, John Paxson, and Gar Forman must get fired. The best case scenario is to rebuild because they are very far from competing for an NBA Championship. Now is the time because LeBron James will soon retire and when he retires the Chicago Bulls will be ready.
