He won't beat the League even on Judge Judy.

Tom Brady won't give up he has already lost the case after destroying the evidence. He is absolutely going to be disappointed if he sues the NFL and he will tarnish his questionable legacy even further. Tom Brady can't win on Judge Judy, nor will he beat the NFL and their lawyers. I know that he thinks he can, but he cheated and what messes him up was decimating the evidence. He is untrustworthy now and the league should threaten to increase the suspension.
"The NFLPA and Brady officially filed suit against the NFL in Minnesota on Wednesday, according to NFL Media's Albert Breer. The suit asks Minnesota federal court for penalties against Brady to be vacated. The NFLPA announced Tuesday that they would be filing their appeal.
The suit alleges that Brady's punishment was not fair and consistent. It also claims that the appeal hearing "defied any concept of fundamental fairness" and that NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was partial in his decision to uphold the suspension." Greg Rosenthal, NFL Network.
I find it hilarious it was completely fair Brady had his chance had he turned in the evidence. Instead, he is choosing to make a mockery of the system. He will lose and the sad thing is that I was beginning to respect Brady and the Patriot organization. I feel a storm is on the horizon and Brady should quit while he is ahead.
